RATES: are in Euro's per night/per room and incl. Breakfast and all Taxes. ALL 45 ROOMS have Shower, WC, Cable TV, Fridge, Safe Box, Phone and Coffee & Tea FACILITIES.

SPECIAL OFFERS for min. stay of 3 NIGHTS AND WHEN SUNDAY IS INCLUDED RATES are not valid for some dates !!and UPON AVAILABILITY !! RATES ARE HIGHER when SUNDAY is NOT INCLUDED.

CANCELLATION
only online or by fax†(by phone not accepted) 72† hours before arrival or 24 hours during stay without any costs, but not permitted for checkout on Sunday. UNLESS otherwise mentioned on your confirmation agreement. PENALTY: One NIGHT normal Room rental.
